‘Mama Belle’ on NPR with Running: AMOK Playwright

ning: AMOK playwright Khadijah Ali-Coleman, founder of the artist network Liberated Muse was featured on NPR station WAMU 88.5′s weekly show Metro Connection this past Friday. She was interviewed by reporter Jessica Palombo. Running: AMOK actress Colie Williams, who starred as the feisty character Mama Belle in the Spring 2011 show run was also interviewed, sharing her experience as a member of Liberated Muse.
Liberated Muse.com is an online artist community that supports the networking and collaborative efforts between artists. Started in 2008, the site became the home-base for information pertaining to the Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest and other DC-area events produced through Liberated Muse Productions. Liberated Muse Productions has produced the last two seasons of Running: AMOK.
