My most life changing experience was becoming a mom. Nothing else in the world can compare to the feeling. I remember the 9 months being pregnant just imagining what it would be like on the other side. Labor pains and getting up in the middle of the night can never compare to the joy my little girl brings with her smile. She’s changed my priorities a lot by helping me to realize the things that are most important in life. Things are a little rough for us now. I’m a 23-year-old graduate student trying hard to maintain my 4.0 GPA while taking care of her. Now I’m faced with having to seeking employment as well as an internship requirement on top of it all. But I take it all in stride, because all of my hard work will pay off for her. I plan to work hard and smart to make sure we own a home before she reaches kindergarten. My baby means the world to me, and I plan to give the world to her!
